Life can be pretty stressful, especially when capitalism and hustle culture have us all convinced that we need to do more more more to prove our worth. We hear day after day that we aren’t trying hard enough or accomplishing enough, so it’s no wonder why so many people struggle with anxiety and perfectionism.
